Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals (CGCEL) has received its shareholders approval to raise around Rs700 crore through the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis.
The stock opened at Rs71.50 marking days low at Rs70.60 with an intraday high of Rs 75.55.
