Nestle partners with Alibaba to market products
Nestle has struck a partnership with China's e-commerce giant Alibaba to boost its online sales by tapping the country's increasingly digital consumption patterns.
Under the new initiative, Nestle will launch campaign with its diverse products, spanning 30 brands from coffee to baby formula in Alibaba platforms such as Tmall.

Sun Pharma to sell US mfg units to Frontida BioPharm
Sun Pharma to sell its US manufacturing units to Frontida BioPharm: Deal part of management strategy for manufacturing consolidation
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries will sell its two oral solid dosage manufacturing facilities located at Philadelphia and Aurora in the US along with 15 related pharmaceutical products to Frontida BioPharm Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
In connection with the transaction, Frontida has agreed to continue manufacturing certain products for Sun Pharma at these facilities on a contract basis for a predetermined period, the drug maker said in a statement on Saturday.

Grasim stops production at Nagda plant due to water shortage
Grasim has stopped the production at Nagda plant because of the shortage of the water, however company has built the enough stock of VSF hence sales of VSF is not likely to impact.
Chlor Alkali plant will continue to run at lower capacity to the tune of availability of the water.
Negative for the company it will impact the margins of the VSF and Chemical division because of the fixed cost component.
