Shares of Madhucon Projects is locked in upper circuit of 5% at Rs57.95 on the NSE after the company received the letter of award from National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) for the project valued Rs397 crore in Tamil Nadu.The company said it has received the letter of award on 17 March 2015 from NHAI for the project work in Nagapattinam - Thanjavur Section of NH-67 in Tamil Nadu under NHDP-III on engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) mode valued Rs397 crore.
·Hester Biosciences launches two animal vaccines
Hester Biosciences announced the launch of PPR (Peste Des Petits Ruminants) vaccine and Goat Pox vaccine. PPR vaccine is to be given annually to sheep and goats. PPR disease causes dysentery and death of the animal. It is therefore a disease of high economical importance worldwide. The total targeted population of sheep and goat for PPR vaccine in the world is 145 crores. In India, the targeted population is 20 crores.

Domestic natural gas prices are likely to be slashed by over 10% to $5.02 per unit from April 1, hitting revenues of companies like ONGC and Reliance Industries. The prices of natural gas are due to be revised from April 1, based on average rates at key international hubs. The new rate will be around $5.02 per million British thermal unit (mmBtu) as compared to the current price of $5.61, sources privy to the development said.

Shares of Sesa Sterlite gained over 4%, touching to Rs201.9, on reports environment minister Prakash Javadekar announced revoking a September 2012 order suspending environmental clearances to all mining leases operating in Goa. According to reports, the environment ministry has revoked a three-year-old order that resulted in a ban on mining in Goa, paving the way for resumption of iron ore extraction in the coastal state.
·Sonata Software spurts in weak markets on stake buy
Shares of Sonata Software rose 5% to Rs173 on the National Stock Exchange ( NSE) after Goldman Sachs India Fund acquired 2.72 million equity shares through open market.
The stock opened at Rs169 and touched a high of Rs173 so far. On March 17, 2015, Goldman Sachs India Fund bought 2.72 million shares representing 2.59% stake in Sonata Software at a price of Rs175 per share, the NSE bulk deal data shows.
